Students Home takes care of poor Orphan and destitute boys selected mostly from remote rural areas. Students stay in the Orphanage Home and study in our High School. Currently there are about 16 students in residence. In Primary & High School, boys and girls from the local community are admitted as day scholars.

Home helps only Orphan and poor students who cannot afford education. It combines the ancient Gurukula system with modern technology under the care of monks of the Ramakrishna Order and dedicated teachers. The Orphanage Home inculcates character building and man making education to its students and thus able to produce citizens of high caliber every year.

We have been serving children in need of care and protection for the last 12 years in India, having worked hard in settling over four generations of once parentless or abandoned children left alone to fend for themselves.

We have given them a home, and a family to thrive in and communities as a preventive measure in the fight against abandonment and social neglect.

Here are five things you should keep in mind:
1) Orphanages deprive them of a sense of permanency
2) Their free time tends to be well-managed
3) They learn to depend on themselves
4) The orphanage environment does not help build family skills
5) Trauma will have been a part of your child’s life

She lives together with her children, guides their development, and runs her household independently. She recognizes and respects each child’s background, cultural roots and religion. She, as a mother is the mentor, guide and friend that these children need. They live together, forming a supportive environment where children enjoy a happy childhood.
